One of the most powerful aspects of Animal Flow is watching an unchoreographed group of people keep near perfect time through a flow. This is achieve through peripheral vision and listening to each others breathing but ultimately through psychological connection with the rest of the class.
Animal Flow was created by Mike Fitch, he's the first to say he didn't create animal movements, he see's his contribution as having created a systemised program that makes movement easy to learn Mike spent many years studying corrective exercise. Mike spent many years studying corrective exercise techniques before developing this awesome modality.
